The payment system for Florensia has been reworked and the texts have been adjusted in the first half of September. However, due to technical issues, cash deposits, payments via telephone (with Onebip) and bank transfers could not be assigned automatically which resulted in an unexpected delay in the AP delivery. We would first of all like to apologize for the inconveniences and we invite all the users who hence did not have the chance to purchase TLAPD items while they were in the Itemshop to get their items this weekend.

All payment systems are running smoothly again and according to our lists, all users who were concerned have by now received their AP. If you have purchased AP in the first half of September using the aforementioned payment methods, but you have not received your AP yet, please contact the support immediately via the ticket system!

We are deeply sorry about the delay. Since the technical issues occurred at a very unfortunate date - which was exactly the time when the TLAPD items were available for purchase - we would like to offer all concerned users the chance to purchase the TLAPD items as well. Therefore, the TLAPD items will return to the Itemshop from October 9, 5pm CEST to October 12, 10am CEST. Afterwards, they will disappear and they won't return until TLAPD 2010 - if they return on TLAPD at all, we're not quite sure about that yet.

We will inform you on October 9 once the TLAPD items are available and we thank you for your understanding.
