The Florensia Staff proudly announces that the Itemshop has just been added to the website on August 15! We would like to invite you to browse through various categories and discover the first set of items we have in store for you.

Are you looking for nifty headgears, do you want to restock your inventory with food or consumables strengthening your characters and ships? Do you want to reset your stats or skills or finally increase the amount of slots for your inventory? Click on the Itemshop banner or use the Itemshop button in the main menu to access the brand-new Itemshop.

To celebrate the addition of the Itemshop, several items have been given a discount - for example 50% reduction for stat and skill reset items! Get the points while they are still cheap: you can collect them and keep them for later when the discount time will have ended.

We will add new items to the shop in regular intervals and inform you of the latest extensions. At the end of August, some more stylish headgears that should especially be interesting for our male fighters will be added.

The Itemshop will later on also be directly accessible ingame. Please note that you have to be logged in to the website in order to purchase items. For buying items, you need to recharge your account with so-called AP ("Aurum Pieces" - gold pieces) first. Depending on your country, various payment methods, for example PayPal, credit card or mobile phone payment are available.

We will soon add detailed information and the answers to the most common questions to our Knowledge Base in the support system. Until then, please take a look at the following FAQ:

What is an Itemshop?
In Florensia, there are two ways to purchase items. Some are available for Gelt, the ingame currency of Florensia. Others are available in the Itemshop on the website. In order to buy items in the Itemshop, you have to recharge your account with AP at first.

What can I buy in the Itemshop?
You will be able to buy items to enhance your individual looks as well as items to support your characters, such as potions, scrolls and much more. We would like to underline that buying items does not compensate for leveling and spending time in the game with your characters.

How does buying AP work?
This can be done in the My Data - Account section. You can directly access this section by clicking on the banner above the news or by clicking the button which is visible on the left side when you are logged in to the website.

Follow the detailed and easy-to-understand instructions on the pages to ensure a smooth AP purchase process. These payment pages are currently available in all languages except for Portuguese (will be added soon). As our language selection menu has not been added yet, your browser's settings will decide on the language of the payment process.

Some AP products will also credit you BP, Bonus Points. You will be able to use them later, so just keep them for now! You can see your current AP / BP balance next to your portrait in the control center.

Altogether, the following pages have been added to the My Data - Account section:

• Recharge AP / BP
• Payment History (displays all payment processes for buying AP)
• AP History (displays all items you bought using your AP)
• BP History (displays all items you bought using your BP)

Please read the instructions on the payment pages carefully!

Attention: Paysafecard - current problem!
Due to technical issues, it is currently not possible to buy AP on the Florensia website using a Paysafecard. We are working on this issue and will fix it as soon as possible!

How does buying items work?
Go to the Itemshop, browse through the categories and take a look at the items you want. By clicking on the "Select / Details" button, you will be able to find out more about specific objects. There, you can also select which character on which server you want to buy the item for.

If you click on the "Select" button, the item will be added to your Shopping Basket and you will be forwarded to the basket yourself as well. Continue your shopping trip if you want to and add the desired items to the basket. There, you can also modify the amount of the items you would like to buy. If you click on the "Buy Now!" button, the items will be sent to the characters you bought them for and your AP will be adapted.

Attention: Headgears and bag slots - current problem!
Please note that for headgears and bag slots, only one copy each can be bought for one character.

• For example: You can buy "Maid Band" one time for character X, one time for character Y and one time for character Z, but not two times for character X!

About the bag slots: you can buy any of the three identical bag slots items for your character.

• For example: You can buy "24 Bag Slots 1", "24 Bag Slots 2" and "24 Bag Slots 3" each one time for character X, but you cannot buy "24 Bag Slots 1" two times for character X.

We are currently working on a solution for this issue and will keep you informed.



Where can I get the items ingame?
Click on your Inventory (I), press the "Cash item" button there and wait until the game has finished collecting your data. You can drag & drop the items listed in your "Purchase list" to your inventory and enjoy using them right away.

Can I use my AP / BP on alaplaya as well?
If you recharge AP / BP on the Florensia website, you can also use them on the alaplaya website and for the alaplaya games - and the other way round. The same AP products are available on the alaplaya and Florensia websites and all AP will be added up.
