Informants of the Magistri have received information that two of the greatest pirate gangs, the Pirates of Blackdragon and the Pirates of Blood Ocean, will hold a secret meeting on the island of Kendal.

The Magistri Union is worried that the two gangs, although they normally fight against each other, will join their forces and attack the Magistri. To find out more about this and to prevent this from happening, the Magistri Union asks all brave adventures to sail to Kendal
